Phillip Seymour Hoffman transitioned from our planet the. He was well regarded by his fellow actors. Most considered his life too short. Most thought that the way in which passed was sad. Most held judgments about his apparent addictions.

I am not one of them. I witnessed his skill as an actor. He may not have been an A List actor but he was a great actor. I know nothing about his private life. I choose believe that he experienced moments of love and joy.

However, none of knows the path that another walks. None of us can presume anything about that path, even when it may look similar to ours.

So the question that many ask; why does someone choose to shoot up heroin? Why does someone who appears successful choose that drug?  Too soothe-it is plain and simple. Each of us has a behaviours that soothes us. Most of the time those behaviours are socially acceptable. In North America heroin is not.

But, thousand of people choose heroin as a soother and do not die. Some do but not all. So is a heroin overdose, simply a way in which to ease out of the physical being?

We live in a culture that believes that the only acceptable way to die is to be old, get sick and die. That we can get behind. There is seemingly no choice in that. But what if every opportunity that presents itself could be an exit point?

People survive horrific accidents with nary a scratch and others fall down a flight of stairs and bang their head the wrong way and they are gone.

What if these are merely exit points for us to choose whether we are done with this life or not? Has our soul experienced all that it came to experience?

We don't know. I don't know, but I believe that is how it is.

But, I love what if questions. I observe life and wonder about the what ifs. What if someone visited in the precise moment and consequently saved a person from a potential overdose? If we are co-creating (which I believe we are) then this would likely happen if that was the path that was being walked.

The Group has walked me through these thoughts before and now.

Life on planet earth is a grand adventure and adventuring has many forms. There are so many experiences to be had that expand the expression of who you be. We hold no judgment about any of it. There are many ways to get home from where you are and they are as varied as the souls that walk your planet with you. When you return into non-physical you are greeted with love-unconditional love and joy. There is not judgment.

You do enough of that for yourselves on planet earth. But when you look back on your life, from a non-physical perspective and feel it your life, you then have a knowing about yourself as a entity that experienced life on planet earth. Some of those experiences will have been complete and you will have no need to revisit them again and some are incomplete and you will choose to play once again in order to complete what you set out to experience.

At the core of it is love. What do you do if all you are is love? What do you do when you forget that you are encoded with that?

So many ways to experience and express being physical and none of it is wrong or right. Those are your terms. We merely see it as love or not love. Joy or not joy and that dear ones is how you will see it from our perspective.

One day we will meet again-those that love you from afar and yet so very close. Each of you has your teamates that cheer you onward and whisper encouragements in your ears. Each of you is never alone. There are angels-beings of immense light that surround you in your darkest hours and there are angels on earth that find their way to you to offer support and love.

The only question we have is will you allow yourself to receive all of that?

In joy we say so long, farewell, until next time dear ones. Remember that each of you are magnificent beings of light and love-period. No ands, ifs or buts.
