It stops us from being who we truly are. What if people don't like us? What if we are shamed and shunned for simply being who we be? FEAR How many times have you stopped yourself from reaching out because you might be rejected? FEAR What if we didn't let ourselves become small? JOY What if we could allow ourselves to be as weird and different as we be? JOY There is one simple thing that we can do to begin to overcome this FEAR. We can simply stop second guessing ourselves and making assumptions about others. We think we know what what will happen and it may but then again it may not. What if it didn't? JOY How about just for today you allow yourself to let more of yourself show up? Just for you and just for fun? You never know what might show up and you just might find yourself feeling more joyful. JOY is a good thing!
